720p costs 33 credits per second; 1080p costs 56 credits per second. A 10-second clip costs 330 or 560 credits. Text-to-video and image-to-video use the same rates.
No. Optional generated audio is included in the listed credit rate and is enabled by default. You can disable it for silent video.
