  • First-time subscription purchases (monthly or annual)
  • One-time credit pack purchases

1.2. Usage-Based Refund Calculation

Your refund amount is calculated proportionally based on your credit usage during the refund period:

1.3. Technical Issues

If persistent technical issues on our end prevent you from accessing or using the service properly, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund regardless of usage. Please document any technical issues and contact our support team.

1.4. Non-Delivery of Credits

If purchased credits are not delivered or credited to your account due to system errors, you will receive a full refund upon verification.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • Exceeded Usage Threshold: If you have used more than 75% of your allocated credits within the 15-day period
  • After 15 Days: Requests submitted more than 15 days after your initial purchase
  • Subscription Renewals: Automatic renewal charges are not eligible for refund (you can cancel anytime before renewal)
  • Change of Mind After Heavy Usage: Deciding you don't want the service after extensively using the credits
  • Account Violations: If your account was suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Abuse of Refund Policy: Multiple refund requests or patterns suggesting abuse of our policy
  • External Factors: Issues beyond our control, such as internet connectivity problems, device incompatibility, or third-party service outages

3. Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, the same 15-day refund policy applies. The refund calculation is based on the percentage of first-month credits used. If approved:

  • You will receive a prorated refund for the remaining months of your subscription, minus any credits already used
  • The refund percentage (based on usage) will be applied to the full annual amount
  • Your subscription and access will be terminated immediately upon refund processing

4. Credit Pack Purchases

One-time credit pack purchases (top-ups) are eligible for refunds within 15 days of purchase, subject to the same usage-based calculation. Since credit packs don't expire:

  • The refund is calculated based on what percentage of the purchased credits you have used
  • Unused credits from a credit pack can receive up to 100% refund (minus payment processing fees)

5. Subscription Cancellation vs. Refund

It's important to understand the difference:

Cancellation

Stops future charges. You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No money is returned.

Refund

Returns money based on usage. Access is terminated immediately upon refund approval.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will prevent future renewals but does not automatically trigger a refund.

7. Processing Time

Review Period: We will review your refund request and respond within 5 business days.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Bank Processing: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

8. Payment Processing Fees

Please note that payment processor fees (typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) are non-refundable as these are charged by third-party payment providers (Stripe). The refund amount will be calculated after deducting these fees.

9. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly for any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks incur significant fees and may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Forfeiture of any unused credits
