When a Batch Queue Is Not the Right Tool
If you need one continuous 3-minute brand film with custom VFX, batch generation of short AI clips will not get you there directly. When you submit a bulk upscale or bulk edit batch, Morphed reserves credits for the entire batch upfront, based on per-item cost times item count, then creates a project and a job record for every item before any rendering starts. That means the job list, and each item's progress, is visible immediately, even before the first clip finishes.
Behind the scenes, uploads and provider submissions run in internal waves of 5 concurrent requests, a throttle that protects the render provider from being hit with 100 requests at once. Your plan's concurrent-generation limit is a separate number that governs how many jobs are actively rendering at any moment: 3 on Basic, 4 on Pro, 6 on Creator, 8 on Business, 12 on Studio.
If an individual clip fails, whether from a provider timeout or an invalid input, Morphed marks that one job as failed and automatically refunds the credits reserved for it. If every item in a batch fails, the entire reservation is refunded and the project is removed. You are never charged for a clip that did not render.
You can cancel the remaining, not-yet-started items in a batch at any point. Credits for anything still queued, not yet submitted to a render provider, are refunded on cancellation; items already mid-render finish and bill normally.
