Sub-Processors

Morphed uses the following third-party sub-processors to provide its Services. Each sub-processor is bound by contractual obligations that provide at least the same level of data protection as set out in our Data Processing Agreement.

We will update this page when we add or replace sub-processors. If you have subscribed to notifications, we will notify you of changes. You may object to a new sub-processor within 14 days by contacting legal@morphed.app.

Transfer Safeguards

Where sub-processors are located outside the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, Morphed ensures appropriate transfer mechanisms are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission and supplementary measures where necessary.
